Explorer Pass validity period
It’s easy to use, but depending on the activities you choose, you may need to make a reservation. First you need to buy your tourist card online, then you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation which will serve as your pass once you’re on site. Make sure you keep this e-mail, as you’ll need to present it to gain access to the activities.
For activities requiring a reservation, the necessary information is provided in the confirmation e-mail to select the desired date and, potentially, the pick-up location.
Do I need to pick up a physical city card?
As you can see, thanks to the e-mail confirmation, there’s no need to collect it in town. The city pass is 100% digital. All instructions are included in the confirmation email. And as you’ll see, it’s really very easy and convenient to use.
Dubai All Inclusive Pass, the unlimited activity pass

Period of validity
The validity period is the one you choose at the time of purchase. Please note that once purchased, you cannot change the number of days. The activation date begins on your first visit/activity, not on the day of purchase.
The days of use of your tourist card are consecutive; you cannot take a break between days of use of your card.
Do I need to collect my city pass in town ?
As with the Explorer, there is nothing to collect on site. The Dubai All Inclusive is also sent by e-mail after purchase. All you have to do is present the QR code in the e-mail when you visit. Of course, if you’d rather have a paper version without using your phone, you can also print it out at home before you leave.
